Privacy notice on the processing of personal data

What data we process
Data provided by the user. Name, email address and message content sent through the form on the Contact page or by email.
Browsing data. In the course of their normal operation, the systems that run the website record certain technical data, such as the IP address, the date and time of the request and the page requested.
Why we process it and on what legal basis
Data sent through the form is used only to reply to the request and, where requested, to prepare a quote: the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Browsing data is processed to ensure the operation and security of the website, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How we process it and for how long
Messages sent through the form are delivered to the info@ddgreen.it mailbox and are not stored on the website. They are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and to comply with any subsequent legal obligations.
Who it is disclosed to
Data is not disclosed to the public or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by the providers that host the website and email (Aruba S.p.A.), acting as data processors.
Rights of the data subject
Data subjects may at any time request access to their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and may object to processing, by writing to info@ddgreen.it. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
